Stepping Stone School Awards CDA Scholarships to Teachers

Twenty educators throughout our campuses are on their way to expanding their knowledge and skill in early childhood education, thanks to CDA scholarships from Stepping Stone School!

The group of 20 Stepping Stone School teachers will begin their paid classes this month to earn their Child Development Associate credentials.

The CDA program will reinforce the teachers’ knowledge and understanding of the intellectual, social, emotional and biological development of children and the planning and design of related curricula.

“We’re pleased to contribute to the advanced education of these bright and talented teachers,” said Rhonda Paver, founder and executive director. “Congratulations to these smart (and lucky) educators!”

The scholarships cover the 120-hour CDA course and the formal credentialing process through the National Council of Professional Recognition in Washington, D.C.
