South Austin DaycareStepping Stone School today announced its plans to bring a new state-of-the-art early care and education campus to Austin’s Southpark Meadows. This will be the privately owned Austin preschool’s nineteenth location in Central Texas.

“We have proudly served the Austin and College Station areas for 34 years,” said Rhonda Paver, Stepping Stone School founder and executive director. “We are thrilled to have this new opportunity to further serve the families of south Austin.”

The child development center will be built in Southpark Meadows at 9325 Alice Mae Lane, Austin, TX 78748, and is expected to open in January 2015.

Designed by Stepping Stone School’s own business development team, the new campus will continue the school’s tradition of creating innovative, environmentally sound spaces that inspire wonder and learning in the school’s students.

Stepping Stone School will provide early care and education to children from birth through 13 years.  Before- and after-school programs will be offered for school-age children, with Stepping Stone School transporting children to and from local elementary schools. School-age holiday care and a summer camp also will be offered.

“We are committed to the goals and values that lead the South Austin community and look forward to a wonderful partnership with each and every family at our new center,” Paver said.
