My twins boys are 2 years old and they go to the stepping stone school Leander location. I'm So grateful with everyone there I have no words to explain how much they have changed. they're so active, healthy, and aware of everything. They love arts and crafts with Ms Shannon. She's so attentive, patient, and sweet with my boys. She gives them that peace and love they need. I'm just so grateful for all her care, joy and happiness that she gives them. I cannot recommend this school enough! We put our daughter in at 3 months old and she has been developing so fast and so smoothly ever since. She's currently 16 months old and has always loved going to school and playing with her friends.Ashley T - September 22nd, 2025
Both my sons attend Stepping Stone. Recently, I was called to the school about my 22 month old being ill and needing a pick up. Thirty minutes later, I walked in to see him asleep on his teacher's, Ms. Kira, lap while she read a book to the rest of the class. I could have cried as it was such a sweet and touching moment for me. As a parent you hope your child's caretaker cares for them, and I know Ms. Kira does. She immediately knew something was wrong with him (I found out later), as he was crying and clingy, she asked for help, so she could better handle the situation, and she was agile in her approach to care for him and also care for the other children. My son started about a month ago at 14mo and rightfully was scared of a new place and new teachers. I have to thank Ms. Sharmin and Ms. Maria for welcoming him with open arms and making him feel so comfortable. We love all the crafts that they do almost daily! My wife Lisa and I work full time. We knew we would need day care services after Lisa’s maternity leave ended and were honestly dreading it. We were entrusting the care of our first born to strangers and we had some anxiety about it. Stepping Stone exceeded all of our expectations. The care she received from 3 months old to just short of 11 months was top notch. Unfortunately, we had to relocate for my career. We honestly don’t know if we’ll ever receive the same care that we got from Stepping Stone. Principal Liz was a pleasure to interact with throughout our time there. She even let us know we qualified for a discount. And Ms. Marni, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Tanisha, Mrs. Teri and Ms. Anna treated our baby girl like their own. We quickly came to realize she never wanted to leave at times which really bruised our egos! You will inevitably have some level of hesitation when choosing a new day care. We certainly did. Those feelings quickly subsided when we saw how quickly our daughter was developing and how much she enjoyed her time there. We’ll look back at this time fondly. Great price We've had our daughter in daycare since she was 3 months old and I know for a fact it's because of this school that she's been developing so wonderfully. My daughter started stepping stone Hyde park in July! At 8months. Kaitlynn and her team have been awesome, patient, and courteous to me. They really make you feel comfortable and my daughter loves them. Stepping stone makes things as easy as possible by providing meals ( and GOOD MEALS) and making this an all around experience for us parents not to worry. A lot of the staff have children and I’ve noticed that they care for our children as if they were their own and provide great care. I really appreciate at them cause WHEW being a new mom is not for the weak. we have to remind ourselves they care for our children each day and be grateful for places like stepping stone.Sherri S - September 5th, 2025
My granddaughter has been going to this location since she was 4 years old. She had the honor of going through the Advance PreK class when Mrs. Lyndsey was the teacher. Amazing technique of interacting with children! To my surprise I walk in to pick my granddaughter up from the after school program last week and Mrs. Lyndsey has returned as the Campus Principal! Stepping Stone has always been a welcoming and kind environment for my granddaughter. The skills she learned that prepared her for kindergarten are above and beyond. Our daughter graduated from Stepping’s stone back in 2020 for Pre-K! She learned so much they got her ready for school. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Lyndsey the principal at Stepping’s stone is wonderful, she is makes all the children feel welcome.
