Safety & Security

We are meticulous about more than 4,000 details, so you don’t have to think about one. The safety of our students and families is the foundation everything else rests on. A safe, secure learning environment is our number one priority.

Emergency Preparedness

Our Emergency Preparedness Plan is in place at every campus. It details how we handle a range of emergencies, prepares staff to act quickly, and keeps families informed. It works alongside the safety lessons built into our classroom curriculum.

How We Prepare

A few of the many layers in place to prevent and respond to emergencies.

Building Features and Layout

Keypad-locked front doors, 24/7 entry cameras, a front-facing principal’s office, and playgrounds behind the building.

Faculty Training

All staff complete safety training at hire, renewed annually, including CPR/First Aid and our emergency plan.

Detailed Emergency Plans

Plans for lockdowns, severe weather, fire, and evacuation are shared with responders. Every campus has an emergency kit.

Regular Drills

Monthly fire drills and quarterly severe weather and lockdown drills. Evacuation maps are posted in every room.

Parent Communication

In an emergency, we update families through our parent communication app, website, and campus Facebook pages.

Always Improving

We regularly review our procedures to keep our care and security current.
