Our Staff and Educators
Stepping Stone School champions childrens' growth and development. To accomplish this, every educator makes a career commitment to professional education and growth! Within our walls, we provide educators with tools and training that implement the latest theories, practices and techniques in early childhood education.
All of our Educators are carefully chosen based on our rigorous screening and selection process. This selection process chooses professionals that are educated, trained, and passionate about nurturing and educating our children. New professionals are continuously trained, guided, and supported by our Mentor and Administrative teams.
Our comprehensive, in-house training and orientation was designed by a team of experts personally chosen by Rhonda Paver (M.A., Child Development) and her husband Bill Paver (Ph.D., Education) for their wealth of knowledge, insight and experience. Begining with initial training and orientation, our individualized program targets teachers at all levels of experience and expands on every opportunity to introduce teachers to all aspects of the Stepping Stone culture and vision and of course, our Trademark Curriculum!
